First obtain a Mi-Sensor
Next flash new firmware that support Home Assistant: Mi Sensor Firmware Flasher
( https://pvvx.github.io/ATC_MiThermometer/TelinkMiFlasher.html )
Load the latest custom firmware:
- Connect to the Device
- Upload Latest Firmware
Reconnect, then go to Home Assistant and you should have a new device, choose that and configure it.
Select ‘Do Activation’
Connect and then upload custom firmware, currently at version 4.6
Note:
On HASSOS and a RPi, you will have to enable the Bluetooth adapter, often during setup it gets ignored:
Go to Integrations, then show ignored, and select Bluetooth. Then configure it.
